Before Dionna’s mother passed away in 2018, she encouraged Dionna to “wear the lipstick”— meaning, if you put your best “face” forward, it will garner positive results. Dionna has adopted that mindset fully in the last 5-years, approaching each situation with a positive and actionable attitude. This has led to incredible results as a sales leader but has also become a personal mantra of sorts to not take life too seriously.
